I thought for sure some of the lights hidden in the trees here would have been missed during the LED changeout. Some were even still MV, missouts back in the 90s presumably because the person doing the audit missed the fixture. Nope, they got them all around here. I only know of a few missouts and those are oddly enough in plain sight. I think most are due to the intersection being too busy or the light is in close proximity to primary voltage lines.
