Interesting lamp shape
First, sorry for the poor quality picture.

This is above the drinking pavilion entrance in a spa closed years ago. Assuming its size, I'd say the lamp is like 300W. Interestingly it's a globe on a long neck.

Indeed, it is the long neck PS shaped bulb. It is typically what we have in our market.

I've just googled for "PS shaped bulb" and yeah - they have a long neck but they aren't such a "perfect" globe.
Here - bulbs up to 200W used to be shaped more like oversized 100W A-shaped lamps.
