i have a toshiba reflector lamp from japan, but it is a smaller R63 (R20 in usa units) and it's newer with inside silica finish rather than frosted glass. it indeed has an inside etch. i have several neodymium R-30 (R-95 in mm) floods made in japan, the shape is much like your red one but i think they were made for ABCO by kyokko electric co ltd, which was a small japanese lamp maker.
