Hard to tell but from my education in this page those may be the Holophanes...... really old ones... They look similar to those fixtures (Click here) and they also look like too (click here too) The refractors (glass) look exactly the same...they are actually 2 piece glass!

They also look like those fixtures can be lowered down from the pole for light bulb change! AWESOME FIND!

Yes, I believe these are some kind of bayonet application. Lower the bottom half of the fixture, chang the lamp, then run it back up into the blade receptacles. That is my guess anyway. I have an old wheeler around here, just the top, I would like to find it all though.

Hey, welcome to GoL! I like this photo! Yep they are indeed Holophanes just like mine but maybe these are larger.
