I've seen this style of bucket light many times before, but never with a closed refractor. Interesting.

This a McGraw-Edison bucket light. I've never seen one with a closed bottom bucket before thoguh.....

I haven't either. It maybe a replacement. Easy enough to do since the bucket is held in by set screws from the top.

that thing is very yellow and dirty, It might not be a replacement. Not sure though. Looks like the refractor was made for the fixture.

Also note how an elbow of conduit was used as an arm...

that's all a yardblaster arm is anyway....a piece of elbow conduit with a bracket.
could be an arm purchased at the time the light was bought.
these are also my FAVORITE style of blaster!
