Strange! Never seen such a combo before!

In Los Angeles, there are a lot of intersection (like Sunset/Bronson) where they use a miniature mast arm with single point attachment for the overhead lamp while using a long mast arm with a double guy attachment for the overhead traffic signal. But yes, never the combination shown here.

I wonder if there are ANY signal poles ANYWHERE (let alone on all four corers of an intersection) featuring a mast arm with a double guy attachment for the overhead lamp while using a long curved mast arm with a single point attachment for the overhead traffic signal(s).
