Yep, thats a Philips Essential Line LED streetlight, these are common in my area, especially the intersections.

Thanks for that .. I'll update the pic with the info.

Only seen these in one area so far (and like with you mainly intersections)...but they also went in in the past year, so may become common in that part of town if its what they decide to go with.

You're welcome. Oh by the way, it actually looks like they added a bigger box for the LED driver, also a PC socket, and a swivel mounting arm. Heres the pic of it without the custom parts:




With those custom parts, it was designed for the US to use.

@xmaslightguy, I was wrong about this fixture being as a Philips Essential Line, which is not. Embarrassed Its actually a Trastar DuraLight JXM-ST Series LED luminaires. One of TXDOT LED luminaires that they're using.

@lightingfan8902: Thanks..I'll correct info on the pic. Some of those things look similar enough that its hard to tell one from the other LOL
