125 watt mercury vapor
This model has been common since the 1960s in Sweden both as streetlights and yardlights, but in recent years many streetlights have been upgraded to HPS. Today it is mostly found in small towns and as yardlights.
It is called "byhatt" which literally means "village hat", which refers to the small "hat" it has where the ballast is, which was much larger on early versions.

Looks like a Hellux or a Philips lantern. Existed a two lamper too?

Never seen one. A very similiar model is produced today by Thorn Lighting, also available with HPS. Still available in some electrical supply stores.
