I know, but I don't think that diesel engines should emit black smoke during starting and petrol engines not.

Occasionally, blue smoke could also be unburnt diesel emission as well Confused

There is a smaller diesel generator near the entrance to the reverse osmosis system of Carmel hospital, which don't emits black smoke during starting.
