UPDATE: Some of these are being replaced by LED shoebox's on the terminal overpasses. Airport road alongside the Airport between the 427 and Just past the airport is now all LED. Huge loss in Model 25's and Sad

From the looks of it it seems like LED is gonna take over the GTA. Neutral

Mississauga isn't too far off from going completely LED. Brampton has only used them in installs. The new subdivisions all now use LED. In Mount pleasant in the north end of Brampton has an area of Acorn teardrop fixtures and half of them are LED and half are HPS. The HPS were installed last year and the LED's were installed in the summer/fall

UPDATE: Airport terminal streetlights are now completely LED. All fixtures appear to be GE evolves. The pole of these shoebox's are still in use. The arms are new and a new LED fixure has taken place.
