Thanks!, my collection has gotten somewhat stagnant over the years though.

Same here, I haven't acquired many new fixtures lately, but I did find a GE Crimefighter locally on Craigslist and received a newer style Thorn Beta 5 from Ryan (HPSM250R2) recently to go with my 1980 Canadian Thorn Beta 5.

Ahh yeah. The most recent fixture would be the small Powerlite gumball. It's a older version of the one I have mounted.

You've got pictures of the Beta 5 and the Crimefighter? They sound like pretty nice finds.

I do have a photo of the Crimefighter, I will post it soon. I don't have a photo of the Beta 5 yet as the weather has been dull and cloudy, haven't had a day with clear blue skies in ages.

Nice, looking forward to seeing some pics of the Crimefighter, even the insides too if you have them. Did it come with a lamp?
lite_lover   [Aug 21, 2021 at 06:51 AM]
Thanks! No it didn't come with a lamp.

That's a shame. I was wondering as a lot of them seemed to have come with a 1960s Sylvania 175w clear girder frame lamp. This includes mine along with ones I've seem for sale online.
