Vintage Electrolier full-size incandescent exit sign.
Here's my personal bedroom exit sign! I honestly couldn't have found a better model. Out of all the junky slim exit signs made of paper-thin sheet metal, I came across a few Electrolier exit signs, made of thicker metal and with a cast iron faceplate. Most of those I saw were something between thin and thick, some with original incandescent lamps, some with PL fluorescent retrofit kit (like those in my local Zellers for example), some with LED direct retrofit lamps.

Over two years ago I found three full-size Electrolier exit signs, along with 5 incomplete Lumacell full-size units, in the local scrap metal recycler's bin (back when I was close to being caught XD). The only thing I missed is the original ceiling mounting canopy of the 3rd Electrolier unit, but oh well...

I also got extra cast-iron faceplates and two PL retrofit kits that day. I wouldn't steal so much stuff from a metal recycler today (because yeah, it technically was stealing...), but I don't really regret it. I've got one amazing exit sign for my bedroom, in a really good shape, with original medium incandescent sockets (exit signs with medium sockets are getting rare!).
