Holophane LEDGend
There was a few of those Holophane LEDGend in the LED testing row near Baltimore Area in Anne Arundel County. This one is the Holophane LEDGend....not sure about the wattage there was a LOT of different ones on the webpage.....so it is unknown!

This one is found on a 6 foot Shakespeare Fiberglass pole with tapered arm!

I bet the night shot will be better. I like the light from LEDs....not the look. This thing makes their Mongoose almost look good.
