Okay my question was answered...a circa 1960s Upsweep...possible a Line Materials upsweep right there....this is among my favorite upsweeps in my area! Did the wires survive....the long group of wires powering the other lights? How did the other lights survive? And how many volts went through?

Update: rereading, my guess is the other 2 inline fuses spared the other 10 fixtures?

Smoked relay

This 60amp 2 pole relay was also destroyed due to the primary voltage. 5 fixtures were replaced, 1 60amp relay, 10 - 15amp in line fuses, and 3 - in line fuse kits. Took a better part of the day to clear this one up. The relay serves 15 lights.
