We had several momentary power outages which caused the electricity to go out and soon to go back.
My Philips ML 160W SBMV lamp shut off, and all of the surge protectors went to 4 min delay. My brother computer restarted, but mine shut off completely due to being connected to a surge protector with 4 min delay.
These power outage, caused crashing of the neighborhood cables infrastructure of Hot Telecommunication Systems Ltd., which my father have both TV, landline phone and my Internet. My brother Internet which based of a fiber optics infrastructure of Cellcom, didn't had any problems.
