The two T5 6000K LED tubes at my father kitchen
This fixture don't have a ballast and came with these LED tubes.
Originally the tubes pointed down, but I rotated them to point up to the ceiling, to reveal their true lumens by making the ceiling being illuminated (LED tubes usually don't do this), by reducing their glare, as these are almost omnidirectional LED tubes.

Good idea Smile Indirect reflection does reduces glare of the bare bulb here.
