Pemco Fish Head Nice seeing a bunch of these still in use today. These used to be found fairly frequently in rural ontario but Shelburne has a couple dozen being used on the main roadways, and on smaller residential areas.

It turns out there are in fact atleast 4 of all the cobras here that are using MV still. This Pemco here, and the Model 25 are MV. Also this OV-14B, and Model 13 are still MV

There very well could be some more MV lights remaining here

Ft. Erie had them lining the main drag as well.

Pape Ave. in Toronto still has a few of these left. Converted to 150w HPS in the 90s though.
