I put some 25w G16s in a candelabra Christmas set to add more light for a wedding reception. It was a newer set with a fused plug, so only every 3rd socket had a 25w.

LOL I never thought of doing this. Only recently I thought of using flicker flame lamps instead of C7's, and now apparently you can buy strings that come with those pre-installed.
