Woah! Never seen one like this! I think these would be used by EU, though BVE in Rhode Island appears to have used brown DTL PCs.

Yeah it's pretty unique. I haven't tested any of these PC's yet. But most of them probably still work.

I have one like this too with the solid shield from Dec. 1992
