Fried GE Tulamp ballast in '47 half piper.
One of the two ballasts was fried when I got it so I replaced it with a later Universal preheat ballast (temporary replacement until I find another GE Tulamp like this). The coils in the wiring is nifty!

Those coils looks cool...must be an older way of "shortening the wires" instead of just "wrapping them"

i Agree with Jace.....has to be an older way of shortening the Wires....i like it better than Wrapping them....or folding.

Probably whip a pencil or screwdriver to use to wrap a wire into coil to shorten the length of the wire Very Happy
