Westy OV-25's with clear lamps

These are in Minneapolis, which still has a few old mercs tucked away in areas like this. The 2 fixtures seen here are both OV-25 Silverliners, neither of which are very bright (they are dimmer than 175w clear mercs right now). I heard from another member on LG that reporting dim/nonworking MV fixtures will result in them being relamped as long as the ballast is still good, so I might report these since they aren't lighting the road very well at all. They will probably get new /DX lamps, not as cool as clear ones but they are much brighter. On the bridge near these is a nonworking M400R2, I am unsure if it is MV or HPS. There is a 250w HPS ITT model 25 near these (with a missing refractor too) that got relamped within the past few days after being dead for years, so hopefully these will be around a while longer too.
