Thats a Nice Looking Light....
the Fixture looks to be a Standard Ceeling Pan with this Nice looking Open Diffuser over it....it has Two CFL's in it...im not sure what brand this is...but LG is Stamped on the Diffusers Metal Holder.

I can buy them here under the Eurolux brand name, but as to the Chinese OEM I have no idea. Current price is around $40.

Thanks for that Info Sean.....These do have a Little LG Stamped on the Metal Ring Thing Holding the Glass....but i dont think its LG (Life Goods Electronics)

LG actually stands for Lucky Goldstar. Lucky is the parent company, and Goldstar is the now wholly owned subsidary thar now trades under the LG brand, previously it was Goldstar. As to quality of the fitting, it is pretty much average for PRC, although the fittings do come with an install pack with assorted screws, wall anchor plugs and a connector block.

when i look at the Fixture Sideways...i can see the Base of it is a standard Chrome Celling Pan...and the Diffuser Fits With Three Screws...is yours like that sean?

White painted base with the 2 E27 lampholders and the 3 clips to hold the cover. Not mine, I just saw them at Makro and opened a pack.
