...and some tiny incandescents(?) for SYNC and CHARGE button backlit. Smile

Nowadays there are defibrillators at some public places that can be operated by total laymen such as you or me. There's a voice assistant telling you what to do in steps so you can save life effectively without any prior training.
Not sure what lighting related stuff do they contain though.

Yep, Adam. The charge light went out when it was fully charged. And yes, it is incandescent light bulb. Remember, it was filmed in 1974 Wink

Probably most automatic defibrillators are lighted with backlight LEDs with LCD display Confused

AEDs are designed to be pretty simple and minimalist, usually only having a power on/charging light and a light for the shock button. Full-featured cardiac monitors are a different story all together.

I have seen few episodes that it show full functioning EKG scope even though they didn't set it up for monitoring and remote transmit to the doctor's station where this one only brought up AED box Razz
