The one on the right has a bigger refractor.

Well not really....the exact answer.....but you are basically right...

The one on the right is not a refractor actually.....

In this case.....5 fixtures has street side lights while one on the right has a 360 degree light! And the 5 fixtures has Hortz. mounted lamp and the one on the right is a Vertical mounted lamp!

im Totally Diggin the design...its so much nicer to look at than the modern highmasts.

Yeah those design are awesome! This particular one is actually HPS, always been (a very early one) You may notice the top cylinder on this one is much bigger than those I am guessing because the early HPS ballasts were so HUGE and heavy.....even the MV/MH 6 lamp versions had the smaller top cylinder....
