It's in Nags Head, NC. Mini Golf course in a fake cave. I have seen quite a few code violations in that 36 holes mini golf course.

It's reflected light off the green carpet on the course. Wall's supposed to be grey.

The carpet is on the floor. The sun reflected off the carpet into the concrete ceiling.
