P&M lighting find a while back. It's un used just been sitting for years 
Shown with a westinghouse 7W and GE 5W PL both 2700°K 
This would be perfect for retrofitting an incandescent fixture to fluorescent and getting a blink happy startup

Nice! Very Happy two 7W PLs isn't bright though lol.

2 9W might work and that'd give much better output

I was thinking two of those PL13 lamps with the twin tubes. What type of fixture was this designed for?

I'm not sure, I doubt 13W would work on these little ballasts

I thought it was one of those exit sign retrofit kits. I guess it'd also work on those dome shaped incandescent fixtures too.
