by reset you mean just shut off the power and turn it back on? I guess the idea behind that was that they didn't expect people to change the lamp with the power on. Razz Was it that color in person? Looks like a nice almost emerald color. Cool

yep, and those junction boxes where the ballast mounts to have like 2-3 inches of wire so I hate working on them live!
the lamp was greenish and about 25% of what it should have been

Was the EOL bulb have the 3-piece arc tube? Confused
