Amazed these arms are still around this city. Must be pretty rare now. That OVZ seems less than 5 years old.

Yeah the A, B, and C sections are the oldest in the Bramalea area as well as I think they are the only subdivisions that ever got underbraced arms. There are quite a few left in the A and B section as well as 2 or 3 left in the C section. This OVZ replaced a R47 3 or 4 years ago.
