I'm betting the heat of the lamp may have kept the vines from growing. plus the FCO light isn't shaped like a tree branch so maybe it just didn't know where to go from there lol. Laughing

Help me! I'm being eaten up by this weird plant!

Heres a plant that got overgrown by a vine in San Bernardino! This is in Calectric's former area but it's hard to tell if this arm was installed by CEP or after SCE took over. Some street lighting equipment installed by SCE and CEP were identical.
