very old calectric a-frame arm from 50s

this neighborhood in rialto, calif is full of these straight looking arms. already makes ya feel like you are already in a different utility service area eh? even though it has been almost 50 years since southern california edison took over calectric. these arms originally had series incandescent gumballs. I saw an old 60s pic that proved it.
