Saved From the Dumpster! Here's a nice 250 Westy clear top! I'm not sure where it came from, but there were a bunch of mercury lamps and ballast in the "garbage" compartment on the bucket truck. All the other lamps were newer Sylvanias so I threw those out, and I wasn't sure wether the ballasts worked so they went in the scrap bin. I'll have to see if it works but I bet it does - the arc tube looks brand new! Keywords: Lamps

I usually find scrap wire in dumpsters but I have never been able to find old lamps! Nice score! Maybe I should just look harder! Razz

Thanks guys, I'll try and get a shot of it lit soon. @ GEsoftwhite it's a C phosphor lamp. @Dave - Yep it is a Canadian Westinghouse.
