the package says they're color changing. BTW, where do they sell colored C7s and C9s? I've only ever seen C7s for sale and they're either the clear or white painted 4 or 7w lamps.

IDK...replacement packs for C7 or C9 bulbs (Usually 4 to a pack) or maybe a wholesale supply place?

Yes, they are color changing. Changes every 5 seconds or so. They still sell 4 packs and bulk 25 lamp boxes of C7's and C9's here.

I have seen C 9s that go thru all colors with RGB LED. They slowly fade from color to color.
