My bed light. Well, since my last picture I got my room moved to the basement, so all my father's stuff is out of here, as you can see the shelves are empty and they were full last time, and my bed is where the table was. xD But I installed my OV-10 over my bed and put an incandescent lamp in it and connected it to the light above. Illuminates this area of the room. Holds nicely, and works great. Makes a good vintage indoor light fixture. xD Keywords: American_Streetlights

Nice! Very Happy In the pic it almost looks like you stuck in a CFL or remote ballasted it, since the OV-10 is a whiter color than the ceiling light. Is the ceiling light a CFL or is it just a colored glass making it look yellower?

The ceiling light is a CFL, the light in the OV-10 is 100w Incandescent. I need to get a better picture of this, my phone doesn't take good pictures.

Ah I see. Yeah "soft white" CFLs are warmer than incandescents. I like the "bright white" (3500K/ halogen colored) CFLs better since they aren't as dingy.

Well now this OV-10 has a 300 watt incandecent lamp in it, so it's bright now. xD And lights up the room nicely.
