Left is wye right is Delta. Wye one leg to ground gets us 120 any 2 legs together gets 208 (NOT 240) Wye is always unbalanced. 240 Delta is different and goes like this. L1 to ground gets 120 / L2 to ground gets 120 / L1 to l2 gets 240 / L3 to ground gets 208 all 3 together gets 3ph, Delta is very balanced and very efficient. L3 is orange / red wire in most cases
