Are you sure it's not vibrating parts of the fixture, i.e. the channel cover? I've had a few fixtures that would do that but tightening parts made it go away.

I sent it back to the seller. They refunded me my money. NOW have a S40B in there and it is GREAT.

crappy Robertson S30 Ballast

Ok here is the story, i bought this NOS off the bay. and after it warms up it gets louder and louder and LOUDER till it sounds like a buzzer!! It truly sucks.
