Looks like a broken arm bracket, I wonder how it will hold up in a wind storm. I like the alley arm poles BTW

Yeah i've seen a lot of this in the Pawtucket area. It's always this style arm too. I guess either the arm gives way or the thru-bolt isn't tight enough. I also like the alley arm poles.
