Know where this was located? I can tell it was outside of Chicago...in the suburbs...in fact it kinda looks like it was just blocks from Chicago. I know some similar setup like this except they were twin arms in median...I remember seeing a long row of i believe Form 400s on twin arms, but some of the twin masts had one or 2 arms replacements and some had fixture replacements....Do you know where what I described could be located? I have lived in the suburbs from 2001 to 2004 in Northbrook, IL

This was in Morton Grove. The 400s you saw were on Lincoln Ave. in nearby Lincolnwood and they're still in operation.
