GE Halogen 72w
I thought these would be the lifesaver of incandescents, which in a way they are. They all burned out within a month which is somewhat disappointing, but hey, they were on pretty much 24/7 and were subject to constant vibration. Still I think incans would have lasted longer. I bought 13w 6500K CFLs to replace these.

Looks like these were made by Philips, not GE, seeing that the date code is a Philips code and rjluna2 noted that the capsule looks like a Philips. Mine have a different etch too. Yeah the halogens are sensitive to vibration because the filament is unsupported in the middle like vertical filament incandescent lamps. I like them but I've noticed that they do not last running horizontally. I wonder if the older BT15 halogens are better? They sure look cooler!

I've seen Hungarian GE incandescents with the Philips-style datecodes too...do they have a lamp plant there?
