My M-250A Mounted- Close-up shot
Looks nice. For some reason the PC won't work on this light; it keeps the light off. I tested it on an incandescent and it works on that. I'll have to try a non-resistive load... It worked in October when i used it last. If you remember, i used the same exact PC on this for my brother's birthday party.

Maybe it isn't connecting all the way?
Does it light at first, then shut off? The time-delay 1993 FP PC on my Electripak 175w MV light in my back yard will shut off after it senses light which takes a minute or two. (it isn't in dusk-to-dawn service though.)

no this PC is instant response. as soon as i plug it in i can hear an audible "click" of it shutting off from across the yard. the reason your PC takes a minute to shut off is becuase it's a termal relay PC. this one is more utility grade. I was testing it in the day so maybe it was still detecting light or sokmething. Anyways, i put in the DTL PC and it works so it'll stay until i get bord of it lol. I'll have to test this on my OV-10 or something. I guess it doesn't like the M-250A lol. I noticed the PC was getting pretty warm when i removed it later in the afternoon though i'm not sure if that's normal since i've never left a PC controlling a light all day before... Its birthday is 7-17-2003. Cool

We're you covering the window with your hand, I get that problem at work with our photocells and end up having to tape the window with electrical tape to check the fixture.

yep, yet when i tested he PC on my OV-10, it worked liek normal with my hand covering it. i think I'll install it on the M-250A and if it doesn't come on at night then I'll swap it out...
