GE MAZDA 50W 120V drawn tungsten incandescent lamp.
I found this beauty on eBay for 9$ shipped to my door! This is now my oldest lamp in my collection, the 2nd oldest being my two Edison-MAZDA yellow lamps.

It has the S shape typical of lamps from that era, and a squirrel cage filament. And the most important thing, it works! I run it in series with a 50W reflector so I first can enjoy the complex filament structure glowing, but also not to wear the filament.

This lamp sure is a work of art!

This is tipless version that which was introduced in the market about 1919.

I think some tipless lamps existed before 1919, however this particular lamp uses the modern exhaust tube in the stem, which dates this lamp to 1919 or later.

Most likely made between 1920-25. Also, some tipped lamps were made as late as the 20s according to some old catalogs/price lists I have.
