That Poor Fixture....it has No Idea it's been Recorded by the Lamp Paparazi! Laughing
gailgrove   [Jun 20, 2010 at 01:53 PM]
Hey Darren I know of A LOT of those around here between 150 and a larger one for 1KW lamps.
lite_lover   [Jun 20, 2010 at 08:09 PM]
Cool, this is the only one I've seen so far,any idea on the make?
gailgrove   [Feb 02, 2011 at 08:50 PM]
Hey Darren, I found that Rab Design makes a fixture very similar to this one here (scroll down to the 4th light)
lite_lover   [Feb 04, 2011 at 09:17 AM]
Hey Niall, yes the Rab design looks very similar to this one.
gailgrove   [Feb 04, 2011 at 09:02 PM]
I wonder if RAB use to make this too Smile
lite_lover   [Feb 05, 2011 at 09:07 PM]
Not sure...they may have made these.
gailgrove   [Aug 24, 2011 at 06:29 PM]
I found out these where made by Skyline! I found one at a salvage yard along with a bunch of B2213s, unfortunately they would only sell the B2213's on the quad mounts and with the poles for $1000 Shocked Looking back I should of bought the flood, but I think I may be able to get one for free.
lite_lover   [Aug 25, 2011 at 11:38 AM]
Hey Niall, that's interesting that this is a Skyline fixture! They appeared to produce a number of lighting products at one time. That's too bad they won't sell the B2213's seperately, that would be cool if you could convince them that chances are slim anybody would buy and reinstall the quad mounts.
gailgrove   [Aug 25, 2011 at 03:45 PM]
Well Joseph has told me about some B2213s at a service centre that look like they will be coming down shortly, I may try to get one of them but it is rather far from me and rather hard for me to arrange a time to get them even if I know when they will be coming down.

We seem to have gotten a good number of unknown lumes identified this year, anyways here's the B2213s that Niall was talking about.
lite_lover   [Aug 28, 2011 at 04:04 AM]
Yes,a good number of unknown lumes identified! I can now also confirm the make of this flood above too,I opened one up and the label has Skyline Lighting Products.
gailgrove   [Aug 28, 2011 at 04:57 PM]
Cool, I know of an old city works yard where they have demolished a vehicle shed (it had a NEMA on it Mad) and are now starting on the salt dome. I think the building that is there may be next and there are two of these floods on a pole behind it! Now the building still has electricity connected so they likely won't be going tomorrow but may be soon. If there is a crew there when I go by tomorrow I will ask about them!
joe_347V   [Aug 28, 2011 at 06:58 PM]
Cool, if you do get one (or two Very Happy) take some pics of the inside labels too. I want to see how the Skyline labels looked like.

Too bad they crushed the NEMA during demolition though. Confused
gailgrove   [Aug 28, 2011 at 07:06 PM]
Oh I sure will, they actually didn't look too difference from the Powerlite labels. Yeah it's too bad the NEMA got crushed, I didn't have any idea this was going to happen, just one day it was gone, not that I would of had any way to get the NEMA down. It's the same yard on Rutherford Road that you commented on having those highmasts at over a year ago.
joe_347V   [Sep 05, 2011 at 03:10 AM]
I guess this was the crushed NEMA then?
gailgrove   [Sep 09, 2011 at 09:15 PM]
Yeah it was that one, the floods are still up as of Friday (not likely anything has happened since) Hopefully they will be down soon and undamaged.
Update: I haven't gotten the floods, turns out they are leaving them up Confused I have no idea why since the buildings are gone and the source of electricity went with them, it's now a pole with two floods in the middle of a empty lot. The demolition contractor had no idea why the city wanted them left up either. Rolling Eyes I will contact the city and try to find out what is going on.
