A different style of flood light, didn't know the manufacturer until recently thanks to Niall, then a few days after Niall found the brand then I also came across one on Aug.26/11.
I found out these where made by Skyline! I found one at a salvage yard along with a bunch of B2213s, unfortunately they would only sell the B2213's on the quad mounts and with the poles for $1000 Looking back I should of bought the flood, but I think I may be able to get one for free.
Hey Niall, that's interesting that this is a Skyline fixture! They appeared to produce a number of lighting products at one time. That's too bad they won't sell the B2213's seperately, that would be cool if you could convince them that chances are slim anybody would buy and reinstall the quad mounts.
Well Joseph has told me about some B2213s at a service centre that look like they will be coming down shortly, I may try to get one of them but it is rather far from me and rather hard for me to arrange a time to get them even if I know when they will be coming down.
Yes,a good number of unknown lumes identified! I can now also confirm the make of this flood above too,I opened one up and the label has Skyline Lighting Products.
Cool, I know of an old city works yard where they have demolished a vehicle shed (it had a NEMA on it ) and are now starting on the salt dome. I think the building that is there may be next and there are two of these floods on a pole behind it! Now the building still has electricity connected so they likely won't be going tomorrow but may be soon. If there is a crew there when I go by tomorrow I will ask about them!
Oh I sure will, they actually didn't look too difference from the Powerlite labels. Yeah it's too bad the NEMA got crushed, I didn't have any idea this was going to happen, just one day it was gone, not that I would of had any way to get the NEMA down. It's the same yard on Rutherford Road that you commented on having those highmasts at over a year ago.
Yeah it was that one, the floods are still up as of Friday (not likely anything has happened since) Hopefully they will be down soon and undamaged.
Update: I haven't gotten the floods, turns out they are leaving them up I have no idea why since the buildings are gone and the source of electricity went with them, it's now a pole with two floods in the middle of a empty lot. The demolition contractor had no idea why the city wanted them left up either. I will contact the city and try to find out what is going on.
Too bad they crushed the NEMA during demolition though.
