Group Controlled Fixtures
Here is a pic I took back in the Spring of a group of GE M-250A fixtures with Holophane refractors (4 of 6 visible) near the entrance of the municipal waste transfer station, they are city owned mounted on utility owned power poles (the utility doesn't use GE's),they are group controlled with a metered power supply and also appear to be equipped with GE arms, this is the only location I've ever seen this type of arm used around here. I don't know what type of light source these have,I will have to check them out at night. Here is a Streetview link. You can also see the movie set for the Bates Motel TV series, the motel has a bunch of dark sky friendly full cut-off fixtures on it.

They look like Ark Lighting fixtures. they're modified M-250As with these style refractors. This set-up looks almost like an RI set-up in the thumbnail lol.

They could be Ark Lighting fixtures, not sure how long Ark Lighting has been around, these have been here for a long time and don't have NEMA tags.

Not sure. Ark doesn't use NEMA tags, even on their new lights. They do have labels on the door though. The easiest way to tell is by looking at the powr/module to see if there's a GE logo or not. Interestingly enough, Ark has the ridge on the door for a NEMA tag like GE has on the M-250R1, M-250R2, and M-250A2, although again they don't use NEMA tags. Kinda cool how they combined new-at-the-time GE features such as 4-bolt fitter and the ridge for the NEMA tag with an old 60s GE design.
