Maybe they were one fixture too short? lol. Yeah that's weird... I noticed they mixed the coach lanterns in with the tear drops (they're called teardrops, acorns are these kinda of post tops with the prismatic globes. )
UPDATE: the whole GE evolve and pole was simply removed. Sigh.
Many other new streetfronts have similar set ups though! the first pole(s) are cobra LED's, seen some as OVF LED! And they now use black cobras/arms/and poles.

Not too sure why they put a non-decorative concretre pole set up on one side of the entrance intersection. Favourite LED fixture though.

All the Airport Shoebox's are now what look to be GE evolves!
