Broken OVX door.
Here is the door of the OVX in the previous picture all busted.

There were different pieces around and on the ground, the refractor was shattered.

At least the NEMA tag is in good condition. xD

I wonder why the door fell off, the hinges look in-tact.

so what are you going to do with that busted door?
LilCinnamon   [Nov 24, 2011 at 07:52 AM]
Save the NEMA tag and maybe use it to repair the Broken hinge on the OVH door.
Form109   [Nov 24, 2011 at 08:02 AM]
that's innovation right there.

The door probably wasn't latched right.

I think it just recently fell. Not sure how long ago. The peices of the door were scattered on the ground, and pieces of the refractor were still there. I found the piece of the glass that said "Holophane" xD

Why do you think this is pre. 2001?
LilCinnamon   [Dec 22, 2011 at 08:17 PM]
The NEMA tag gives it away. Cooper stopped using Electromark NEMA tags in 2001.
streetlight98   [Dec 22, 2011 at 09:03 PM]
The current Cooper tags are most likely still made by Electromark, just without the Electromark name on it.
LilCinnamon   [Dec 22, 2011 at 09:48 PM]
Why would you think that? Maybe cooper kept a similar design but uses their own. Like GE uses their own.
mercuryvaporrocks   [Dec 22, 2011 at 10:10 PM]
The Electromark logos on the Cooper Lighting labels disappeared in 2001.
streetlight98   [Dec 22, 2011 at 10:28 PM]
No, GE doesn't make their own tags. Their NEMA tags are manufactured by the Ohio Label Company according to Joe Maurath. The tags with no Electromark logo are EXACTLY the same as the ones with it except for the logo differences. Big companies usually have other companys' logos taken off, and Cooper probably requested that.

My OVX was manufactured in 2001, and it has no logo.

But I guess you may be right.
