Early 60s for the M400, look it doesn't have the thumb latch.

About the only way to tell if it is the 1959-1961 version is if it has the orange reflector and socket gaskets.

Two M-400s on the same pole. Smile Tha'd be cool to see these along with a M-400 split door and M-400R2. That'd be all the generations of the medium wattage GE cobraheads.
