Wait...the PC on the M400R3 is controlling both it and the Original M400?...thats a Very Wacky Setup.

Actually No. I took the top pic RIGHT as they JUST first turned on. you see they are dim. This was like 30 secs after they first turned on.

All of the lights in bailey are controlled by ONE PC. all of them. Somehow they like to turn on early O.O

Ahh, a relay system. They have these on the state owned lights like on interstates and highways.
