I also saw those setups with GE M-400R3s they were shorter than the taller trusses too on the highways

Yeah. There are lots like what you described on 285 in the mountains Where they widened the road. They were new additions from.. Sometime ago. Prolly a year or two. Just upsweep with an M-400 R(3) on them. There were two truss arms that were replaced when they widened the road, I have an OOOLD pic of one of them where it has an M-400 r2 with a door missing (On LG). Across from that M-400 r2 was a Model 25 in Drop Lens. Replaced now. With a bridge.
