This is a rather strange truss arm here, why? Look at the top mounting bracket! It has a upsweep style top bracket! It kinda looks like an upsweep with a truss style support bracket combo LOL!

Yeah. Quite a few arms like this in Denver. Behind the Tapered arms. There are arms like this on Wadsworth in Lakewood, but with Cooper OVH's because Xcel replaced ALL working or non working lights with 250w HPS Cooper OVH's.
