M-400 R3 on the ground.
Here is another M-400 R3, I saw this laying on the ground when heading back from Colorado Springs, I am not sure why this was laying there, no one was there, it was a sunday, but the pole WAS painted "CDOT" Twice in orange.

The door WAS there, I just took it off to get a picture of the inside. I am not sure when this was made I didn't have enough time to get more pictures before a state trooper came and told me people were calling in that there was a pole knockdown. I told the guy that I was just taking pictures for this site and he understood but told me to go because of the people who keep calling in a pole knockdown.

I wasn't going to take the light even in the first place I was just looking at it.

But here is the insides and the funny thing is this has the bracket "Tray" thing but the door is the one cast door without the holes on the inside of the door for the power door version, maybe this got a new door I dunno.
