Brand new M-400 R3 insides RIGHT before being put up.
There was a knockdown of a pole right here, A while ago I already took the old fixture's stuff, except for the door. But here I caught them putting a new streetlight on a new pole and putting it up.

This is the new design M-400 R3, with the ballast mounted directly to the housing instead of using that bracket-tray thing. Not sure when this was made, but the original box this was in was right next to it.

And in the CDOT truck there was ANOTHER M-400 R3 new in box, that they were going to use for elsewhere, not sure though, just an extra or something? It was the same as this one.

When I left the site the CDOT people just started putting this up so I got to see them lifting the pole with the crane as I left, I didn't see them put it into place as we were already running late for something.

The sad thing is the pole that was knocked down had a DROP Lens M-400 R3, which the lens was shattered on it's fall so I couldn't get the refractor, I just got the metal parts and ballast.
